Camps
Camp Dixie
Camp Dixie will require a prominent corner of our camp layout. The main architectural footprint will be the front porch. If we want to burn the front porch, we will need to take that into consideration in placement within our village.
Ideally, the front porch would be our "face to the world" right along the road. It will be a place for members of our camp to hang out, sitting in rocking chairs, and generally welcoming except for the sandbag barricades that surround it.
Noise Camp
We need enough room for 10 or so people, probably in a loose circle, to bang on a host of things. Also, room for dancing. We'd love to be near the Tasty Noodles folk, I figure we'll have enough room in the Oobleck/play area.
Tasty Noodles
We're bringing a decent size sound system, generator and a bar. We would like to run the DJ booth out of the back of the 12x6 trailer attached to an F150. We'd like to be situated relatively close to the road and have the generator in the back of the campsite (so it doesn't interfere with noise camp's shenanigans). Last year we brought that silver shade structure (10x20) that was severely underused by other camp members so we'd like that in a more central location in order to make it inviting. Also, I think we're planning on making two similar ones considering how cheap, sturdy, and easy they are to setup. More to come later.

This should be decided when we figure out who needs power. Reavis is hereby nominated for figuring this out. Our power cables run 100'. The generator should be placed within that distance to the trailer/DJ booth in the place where the noise will be least disruptive.
